Sindh Minister for Human Rights Nadia Gabol yesterday took the notice of kidnapping of a 12-year old girl Faiza from Bazarta Line in the limits of Saddar Police Station and sought a report from relevant DIG in this regard. The father of the girl is the retired navy servant Mohammad Shakeel. Nadia Gabol directed the relevant authorities to ensure recovery of the abducted girl with immediate effect and award severe punishment to the accused. She said despite passage of 20 days, the non-recovery of the girl has raised question mark on the performance of Karachi police.
